Finance Minister Harpal Singh Cheema informed that the Chief Minister’s Tirtha Yatra Scheme has been approved. Under this scheme, people aged 50 years or above will be traveled to religious places. The government has allocated a fund of Rs 100 crore for this scheme. Registration for the scheme will start at the end of April and trips will start from May.
