A fortnight after the terrorist attack in Pahalgam in Jammu and Kashmir, India responded in a suitable and decisive manner. On 6/7 May midnight the Indian Army made an air strike targeting terrorists’ bases in Pakistan and Pakistan Occupied Kashmir i.e. PoK. There are reports of more than 100 terrorists being killed and many others were injured in this action.
India has named this retaliation ‘Operation Sindoor’. This name is dedicated to women whose husbands were murdered by terrorists in Pahalgam by asking religion. This military action is being seen not only a strategic reversal, but was seen as confirming the clear resolution of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, which he gave two days after the attack from Madhubani in Bihar.
On April 24, Prime Minister Modi, who reached Madhubani on the occasion of Panchayati Raj Day, expressed deep condolences on the Pahalgam attack and kept the countrymen silent for two minutes. After this, he said in a stringent and retired voice – “I want to say in very clear words that those who have carried out this attack and the conspiracy of this attack will get a big punishment from their imagination.” The statement given by the Prime Minister in Bihar Madhubani has now landed on the ground as ‘Operation Sindoor’, in which the roots of the terrorist network have been shook. Four of the terrorist bases for Operation Sindoor are mixed into the soil are in Pakistan and five in PoK.

The terrorist attack in Pahalgam was not the first incident which was supported by Pakistan. Crowd and trained terrorists have been carrying out terrorist incidents in India for decades. But every time after the incident, the attitude of the Government of India remained till the cost of deposits. After two to four days of rhetoric and paperwork, the car continued to run on the old track. And Pakistan did not desist from its Karstaniyas.
On the night of 26 November 2008, India’s financial capital, Mumbai, was shocked when 10 terrorists of Pakistan’s terrorist organization Lashkar-e-Taiba entered the city by sea. During the attack, the Indian security forces, which included the Mumbai Police, NSG and other commandos, carried out the operation for three days. 9 terrorists were killed in this operation, but Ajmal Kasab was caught alive on Juhu Chowpatty on 27 November 2008. 166 people were killed in this attack, including 26 foreign nationals and more than 300 people were injured.
The then Congress -led UPA government was in power at the Center. The Prime Minister was Dr. Manmohan Singh. After this incident, the attitude of the then Government of India is well known. In fact, the whole emphasis of the then ruling party was on the fact that the people involved in this attack be proved to be Hindus, so that they could establish the theory of Hindu terrorism. Thankfully, the terrorist Ajmal Kasab was caught alive. Otherwise, the government would have succeeded in establishing the theory of Hindu terrorism only with a conspiracy tied in the hands of the terrorists killed by the security forces.
On March 12, 1993, 13 serial bomb blasts took place in various areas of Mumbai, especially the Hindu population, in which 257 innocent citizens lost their lives and more than 700 innocent genius were injured. At that time there was a Congress government at the center. PV Narasimha Rao was the Prime Minister of the country. On 13 December 2001, five militants of terrorist organizations named Jaish-e-Mohammed and Lashkar-e-Taiyaba launched a deadly attack on India’s Parliament. Mohammad Afzal was the main accused in this terrorist attack. Five Delhi Police personnel, a woman constable and two security guards were killed in this attack.
September 24, 2002 … It was a day when the terrorists targeted the Akshardham temple in Gujarat. In this terrorist attack, 32 devotees and 3 security personnel present in the temple premises were killed. The terrorists had armed and targeted the devotees. In this deadly attack, terrorists associated with Lashkar-e-Taiba were related. The terrorists were killed by NSG commandos. At the time of Parliament and Akshardham attack, BJP -led NDA leader Prime Minister Atal Bihari Vajpayee was running a coalition government in the country.
There is a long list of terrorist incidents in the country. Since the Congress has been ruled by the longest time in the country. In such a situation, the way the Congress government started to send rhetoric and dosier to deal with Pak -backed terrorism continued till 2014. The way India reacted after every terrorist attack, the message was sent all over the world that India is a ‘soft state’. This Tallu and cold attitude of India caused Pakistan’s spirits. From the Congress -led UPA government in 2004 to 2014, the terrorists were so high in the rule of the UPA government that they used to easily carry out the attack. He knew that the attitude of the Government of India would be more than that of rhetoric and paper written.
In the year 2014, the BJP -led NDA government came to power at the Center. Which is headed by Prime Minister Narendra Modi. The Modi government started working on the policy of zero tolerance against terrorism along with assuming power. The result of this has been that the news of terrorist incidents in any part of the country except Kashmir was not revealed. Terrorists and their kingpin are freshly elevated with the help of local people in Kashmir. After the removal of Section 370 in 2019, the situation in the valley changes rapidly. Since the graph of terrorist incidents has fallen in the country.
On 18 September 2016, four militants of Jaish-e-Mohammed ambushed the brigade headquarters of the Uri Indian Army in Jammu and Kashmir in the morning. Many of our soldiers were martyred in the attack. Just 10 days after this attack, Indian soldiers entered the PoK on the intervening night of 28-29 September and destroyed the terrorist hideouts. There could not have been a better way to teach Pakistan a lesson. A CRPF convoy took place on the Srinagar-Jammu highway in Pulwama, Jammu and Kashmir at around 3 pm on 14 February 2019. 40 soldiers were killed in this attack. To avenge this attack, India opted for an air strike.
After these two major incidents, the Pahalgam incident has come to light during the Modi rule. Whose response to which the Modi government is given as Operation Sindoor. Since the terrorists murdered Hindu men in front of his wife and family by asking religion. The terrorists had misguided the honeymoon of Hindu women and wipe the glory of their forehead, wiping Sindoor. Therefore, Prime Minister Modi has given a message to the world by naming the operation done to teach a lesson to nefarious Pakistan that those who kill innocent citizens will not be able to breathe for long and erasing vermilion.
The daughters of India wept about the whole world about the dysfunction in the Pahalgam terrorist incident. The story of bravery of Indian soldiers after the terrorist hideouts of Pakistan, also put two daughters of India Colonel Sophia Qureshi and Wing Commander Vyomika Singh in front of the whole world through press conference. Through this operation, India has again clarified that no terrorist attack will go without response. This action is not just a military achievement, but the result of the collective desire of 140 crore Indians. In the words of the Prime Minister-“Now the time has come to merge the remaining land of terrorists into the soil.”
