How to make halwa, poori and gram bhog
To make halwa, poori and gram bhog, first of all we will make black gram prasad. For this, soak gram in water overnight. Wash gram with water in the morning and put it in the cooker and add 1 cup of water and salt as per taste and cook till 1 whistle. After this turn off the gas. When the pressure of the cooker is over, open the lid and take out the boiled gram in a bowl.
Now put some oil in a pan and heat it on medium flame. After the oil is hot, add cumin, chopped ginger and green chillies and fry. After some time add turmeric and coriander powder and fry. Now add boiled gram and a little water in the pan and cook. After some time, mix red chili powder, garam masala and dry mango powder. Meanwhile, let the gram cook while stirring. When the gram becomes thick, turn off the gas and garnish it with green coriander leaves. In this way Chana Prasad is ready.

Start the process of making halwa after Chana Prasad. For this, put desi ghee in a pan and heat it. After melting the ghee, add semolina to the pan and fry while stirring. During this, keep the gas flame low. After semolina turns golden brown, add one and a half cup of water, sugar and dry fruits as per taste. Let the pudding cook for 4-5 minutes on low flame.
