Indian cricketer Akashdeep was delivered without registration and high security number plate HSRP. The Transport Department described it as a violation of negligence and rules and issued a notice to them.
The Innova vehicle was also delivered from the Amausi showroom of Messrs Sunny Motors Private Limited, without registration, the ARTO caught the vehicle in the investigation. The Transport Department has suspended the trade license of the dealer for one month.
The Transport Department has issued a notice to car owner cricketer Akashdeep to stop vehicle use under Section 39, 41 and 207 of the Motor Vehicles Act 1988. It has been directed that until all legal formalities are completed, the vehicle should not run on the road. In case of violation, vehicle will be confiscated and legal action will be taken.

In the capital, Messrs Sunny Motors Private Limited had two trade certificates Amausi and Chinhat showroom Toyota Fortuner sold to cricketer Akashdeep on August 7, vehicle was insured on August 8 but road tax etc. did not accumulate.
Explain that, in this case, the dealer has been issued a show cause notice in 14 days by issuing a show cause notice in 14 days. Similarly, Innova was delivered without the registration process from the showroom at Hazratganj at the dealership located at Amausi.
