Aam Aadmi Party leader Sanjay Singh announced on Tuesday that his party will try its luck in the Bihar assembly elections to be held later this year. Sanjay Singh is also in charge of the party for Bihar. He spoke to reporters in the state capital, where he participated in AAP dharna against the NDA government. On X, Sanjay Singh wrote that Yari, Yari in Bihar- will not run in Bihar. The BJP which is driving the Bihari brothers from Delhi, drive away the BJP from Bihar. Singh was asked about the speculation that AAP, who has made a hold in Delhi and Punjab, is planning to contest the Bihar assembly elections, besides registering their presence in Gujarat. He gave a positive reply, saying, “We will contest elections in Bihar. The details of which seats have to be contested by the central leadership will be decided when the time comes.” Singh said, “The BJP government in Delhi is treating the migrants of Bihar and Purvanchal like the citizens of the country. They are being rendered homeless, as the slums are being demolished to take revenge. We call the people of Bihar to vote for the BJP to get out of power in the state.”

Incidentally, AAP, led by Arvind Kejriwal, suffered a derogatory defeat to the BJP in the Delhi Assembly elections held earlier this year after being in power for two consecutive terms in the national capital. The Rajya Sabha MP alleged, “When we were in power, the BJP used to woo Biharis and Purvanchalis living in Delhi by promising to give pucca houses instead of slums. When the migrant brothers had to show their attitude during the election campaign, they showed their sharp attitude.
