Punjab’s Border Security Force (BSF) has once again achieved great success. BSF’s 136 battalion has recovered 3 packets of heroin sent by Pakistani smugglers at Ferozepur Indo-Pak border. Its price in the international market is said to be crores of rupees.
According to the information, the Border Security Force had received secret information. On the basis of which the BSF jawans deployed in the fields adjacent to the barbed wire in the area of BPO Maban conducted a special search operation. During the investigation, they recovered a white polythene bag. Inside which there were 3 drug packets. which had a yellow tape on it.
The narcotics have been seized by the Border Security Force personnel and appropriate action has been initiated. At present, the BSF is ascertaining from which Indian smugglers this heroin was purchased.
