Labor Superintendent under Bihar Labor Service, while LEO is reinstated on the basis of rules, but Labor Superintendent is posted at district level and LEO is posted at block level. The problem is happening right here. Despite scoring more marks in the BPSC exam, candidates are becoming LEOs, while those scoring less marks are becoming Labor Superintendents. In such a situation, they are becoming junior since the day of LEO contribution in the department.
