The body of a ‘historyheater’ was recovered on the side of the highway on Friday near Niloha village in Mawana police station area of Meerut district. A police officer gave this information.
Superintendent of Police (Rural) Rakesh Kumar Mishra said that the deceased has been identified as Ankit (31), who was a resident of Meenakshipuram in Ganganagar police station area. He said that Ankit was a ‘history sheeter’ of Ganganagar police station and about 10 cases were registered against him.
