From the Punjab and Haryana High Court, Bikram Majithia has received a great relief. The case was heard in the High Court disruption in the High Court. In this case the Punjab government said 7-day notice would be given before any action. This information was given by Majithia’s lawyer Arsdeep Singh Clair.
He said that on June 25 vigilance team was arrested on the housing of Bikram Majithia at the Amritsar of Bikram Majithia. A pamphlet was recorded on July 30, which said that a hijailon’s work was interrupted during the Raid. The High Court today had been heard in the matter. The Punjab Government file filed Affidavit on asking for the High Court that we will not be paid for no action in this case and if any work will be given a written notice 7 days before.
Let’s tell the Bikram Majithia prison in case of income assets. It is being investigated by Vigilance. Majithia is not getting bail and constantly increasing in judicial custody. Majithia had told his arrest and also had petition but also had no relief.

In the case, investigating agencies have filed some 40,000 pages of pages and statements of more than 200 witnesses have been registered. The court also dismissed his bail petition, which they run are in prison.
