The Election Commission on Sunday said that out of 7.89 crore registered voters in Bihar, more than 7.24 crore voters have submitted their calculation forms under the Special Intensive Revision (SIR) held from June 24 to July 25, which reflects 91.69 percent participation rate.
Chief Election Commissioner of India Dnyanesh Kumar has said that the Election Commission will publish the draft of Bihar’s voter list and all recognized political parties will also be given physical and digital copies in all 38 districts of Bihar. According to the voter service portal, the Chief Election Commissioner said in a message that according to Para 7 (4) of the Dear Bihar Voters, SIR, the draft of Bihar’s voter list of Bihar i.e. Friday, August 1, 2025 https://voters.eci.gov.in/download-eroll?stateCode=S04 It is being published on. All 38 District Election Officers (DEOs) of Bihar will also give physical and digital copies to all recognized political parties in all 38 districts of Bihar.

The CEC said that Bihar’s Chief Electoral Officer (CEO) and 243 Electoral Registration Officer (ERO) will invite any voter of that constituency or any recognized political party of Bihar from 1 August to 1 September 2025 to come forward from September 1 to September 2025 to add the names of any missing voter, remove the names of any unworthy voter or to rectify any entry in the draft voter list.
