Bihar minister Ashok Chaudhary has taunted Congress leader Rahul Gandhi’s ‘Voter Adhikar Yatra’ on Sunday. He said that Rahul Gandhi should thank Chief Minister Nitish Kumar for better roads of the state, because this road has been possible due to these roads.
Speaking to news agency ANI, Chaudhary said, ‘Rahul Gandhi should thank Nitish Kumar. Earlier the roads that were so bad, have now become so good that Rahul Gandhi is able to take out his journey. They should be grateful that such a big journey has been possible only because of Nitish Kumar’s roads.

What is ‘Voter Rights Yatra’?
Leader of Opposition in the Lok Sabha Rahul Gandhi on Sunday started his 1,300 km long ‘Voter Adhikar Yatra’. The yatra will pass through more than 20 districts of Bihar. This campaign of the Congress is being run against the alleged ‘vote theft’ and the Election Commission against the special intensive revision (SIR) of the voter list.
Before the assembly elections to be held in Bihar this year, Rahul Gandhi will start the visit from Biada Maidan in Sasaram, along with Tejashwi Yadav of RJD and other leaders of the Grand Alliance. The March will run for 16 days and end with a rally in Patna on 1 September. Rahul Gandhi can also address a gathering at Ramesh Chowk in Aurangabad this evening.
