Bihar Elections 2025: NDA’s resolution letter released, promise of 1 crore jobs to youth and investment of Rs 50 lakh crore

On Friday in Patna, the National Democratic Alliance (NDA) released its *resolution letter* for the Bihar Assembly elections 2025. On this occasion, National President of Bharatiya Janata Party J. P. Nadda, Chief Minister Nitish Kumar, Union Minister Chirag Paswan, HAM leader Jitan Ram Manjhi and JDU working president Sanjay Jha were present.

According to available information, the NDA’s resolution letter promises to provide one crore jobs to the youth, investment of Rs 50 lakh crore in the next five years and setting up *Global Skilling Center* in every district. Deputy Chief Minister Samrat Chaudhary said that this announcement is an effort to give a new direction to employment and industry in the state.

It is noteworthy that NDA has also made many big promises for women in its manifesto. It has been announced to empower one crore women financially under the ‘Lakhpati Didi’ scheme. At the same time, plans to build seven new expressways in the state and start metro rail service in four other cities besides Patna have also been included.

It has also been said in the resolution letter that if NDA comes to power, education from KG to PG will be made free and quality in the state. Financial assistance up to Rs 10 lakh has also been promised to various communities belonging to extremely backward classes. Along with this, a high-level committee will be formed under the chairmanship of a retired Supreme Court judge, which will assess the social and economic condition of these communities and give suggestions for improvements to the government.

Let us tell you that assembly elections in Bihar will be held in two phases. The first phase of voting will be held on November 6 and the second phase on November 11. Whereas, counting of votes will be done on November 14. This NDA manifesto puts employment, education and infrastructure development in the state at the center stage, while political analysts believe that caste equations still remain the most decisive factor in the electoral arena.

This election is considered important for Bihar, because while NDA is talking about development and stability, the opposition is preparing to challenge it on the question of social justice and employment. Overall, this time the politics of Bihar is going to be tested on the test of trust rather than promises.
