Air India is ready to resume its international flights from 1 October, which is a major step towards normal condition after temporary suspension. The Tata -owned airline stopped its foreign services after the tragic aircraft accident in Ahmedabad on June 12, after which its operations were intensively reviewed. Wilson said that we have started a phased restoration of international operations from August 1, 2025, and aiming to resume a complete restructuring by 1 October 2025. Air India had to cancel and delay several flights due to technical fault in its aircraft in recent weeks. One such case is the cancellation of a fixed flight going from Delhi to Matching from Delhi after the technical fault in Boeing 787 Dreamliner, just before his departure on Tuesday. The airline said in a statement, “Flight AI137, which is matched to Delhi on August 5, has been canceled due to a maintenance work identified before the departure, which requires additional time for improvement. Our ground staff in Delhi are making every effort to reduce the inconvenience of passengers due to this unpredictable disruption.
