A sudden fire broke out in the parking lot of VMRDA (Visakhapatnam Metropolitan Region Development Authority) office in Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh. Many vehicles were burnt in the accident. As soon as the fire broke out, the fire department was informed and the teams reached the spot.
At present, an attempt is being made to control the fire. Officials said that no one was reported injured yet. The cause of the fire is not yet known.

Two children died due to drowning in a pond in Ballari district of Karnataka
Two minor children died of drowning in a pond in a tragic accident on Thursday in Sidiginmol village of Ballari district of Karnataka. Police said the accident happened when both the children went to bathe in a pond near the farm after playing cricket.
The deceased have been identified as Rajesh (11) and Shivshankar (12). Both were local residents and went to play with their friends after school leave. When the local people saw the children drowning in the pond, they were immediately taken out, but by then both had died.
