Earlier, Bhagwant Mann claimed that the BJP has implemented undisclosed President’s rule in Punjab. He said that the Governor meets the Prime Minister. He does not get time to meet the Chief Minister … You have imposed undeclared President’s rule in Punjab. What will you do if Punjab refuses to give food grains? On the one hand, they say that Punjab is our food store, but when there is a loss, they say that money will not be received.
