Prime Minister Narendra Modi will visit five countries from 2 to 9 July. The Prime Minister’s eight -day visit, which will run till July 9, will cover two continents and include trips to Ghana, Trinidad and Tobago, Argentina, Brazil and Namibia, which will conclude at the BRICS summit at Rio de Janeiro on 6 and 7 July.
The Congress on Tuesday alleged that it was running away from major issues agitating the country, including Manipur violence, about Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s foreign visit. Party General Secretary Jairam Ramesh targeted the Prime Minister’s foreign trip to five countries before him.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s foreign trip
This will be Modi’s longest diplomatic visit in the last ten years. This is Modi’s second visit to five countries as Prime Minister. The previous such foreign trip took place in 2016, when he visited the United States, Mexico, Switzerland, Afghanistan and Qatar at once.
