He had told that in this case, the order of the honorable Punjab and Haryana High Court was that those prisoners who have completed their life imprisonment and until the decision of their permanent release is settled, such prisoners should be released on regular bail. be done, in view of which this decision has come.

He had also told that in this case the Jail Superintendent and Home Secretary have submitted a report and filed a statement that the decision of his release is still pending, after which he was granted regular bail.
