RBI issues list
The list of bank holidays is issued every month by the Reserve Bank of India. There are many special festivals including Raksha Bandhan 2022, Independence Day 2022, Janmashtami 2022, so check the list of bank holidays for this reason.

Banks will be closed for 3 consecutive days
7 August 2022 – First Sunday
8 August 2022 – Muharram (J&K)
9 August 2022 – Muharram (Bank holiday in Agartala, Ahmedabad, Aizawl, Belapur, Bangalore, Bhopal, Chennai, Hyderabad, Jaipur, Kanpur, Kolkata, Lucknow, Mumbai, Nagpur, New Delhi, Patna, Raipur and Ranchi)

20 August 2022 – Krishna Ashtami (banks will remain closed in Hyderabad)
21 August 2022 – Sunday (Weekly holiday)
27 August 2022 – 4th Saturday (Weekly holiday)
28 August 2022 – Sunday (Weekly holiday)
29 August 2022 – Shrimant Sankardev Tithi (Banks will remain closed in Guwahati)
31 August 2022 – Ganesh Chaturthi (banks will remain closed in Gujarat, Maharashtra, Karnataka)

There are total 18 days holidays
