The Supreme Court banned 6 members of the same family from being sent to Pakistan. The court said- until the identity documents of these people are verified, they should not be submitted.
A bench of Justice Suryakant and Justice N. Kotishwar Singh gave the family a freedom that if they are not happy with the document verification order, then the Jammu and Kashmir can appeal to the High Court.
In fact, Ahmed Tariq Batt, a resident of Srinagar in Jammu and Kashmir, filed a petition in the Supreme Court. He claimed- We are a total of six members in the same family. We two brothers work in Bangalore. Our parents, sister and another brother are in Srinagar.
We all have citizenship of India. Everyone has Indian passport, voting ID, Aadhaar card. Even after this, the government has issued a notice. We are being sent to Pakistan. It is a lie that we all came to India on visa. Even after its end, they are living in India.

786 Pakistanis left India till 29 April …
From 24 April to 5 pm on April 29, 786 Pakistanis returned from the Attari-Wagah border. According to PTI, by April 28, more than one thousand Indians had returned home from Pakistan. On April 29, the validity of the medical visa issued to Pakistani citizens also ended.
The central government was issuing an order on 27 April that Pakistani citizens who did not leave India in the deadline would be arrested and a case would be run. They may be sentenced to three years in jail or a fine of three lakh rupees or both.
On April 25, the Government of India issued a notice regarding the order of Pakistani citizens to leave the country. In this, all types of visas issued to Pakistani citizens except long term, diplomats and official visas were canceled from 27 April.

14 category visas canceled Earlier, the Government of India had said on 23 April that the visas given in 14 categories of Pakistani citizens have been canceled. 12 categories of visa holders were asked to leave India on 25 April, SAARC visa holders on 26 April and medical visas by 29 April.
Later, the deadline for leaving India for 12 categories visa holders was extended to 27 April. Apart from this, the Defense, Navy of Pakistan High Commission and Diplomats of Air Force have been declared ‘unwritten person’. They will have to leave India by 30 April.

- Transit visa: To go to the third country via India.
- Group Tourist Visa: The group of Pakistani tourists to visit India.
- Mountaineering Visa: For foreigners coming for mountain tracking in India.
- Film Visa: For film, TV shows or cinematic activity in India.
- Student Visa: It is given to foreign students to study in India.
- Pilgrim Visa: A Pakistani citizen for pilgrimage in India.
- Group Pilgrim Visa: Group of Pakistani citizens for pilgrimage in India.
- Visa on Arrival: This visa is found only when it comes to India. However, Visa on Arrival is banned for Pakistan.
