Reacting to the arrest of two nuns of Kerala in Chhattisgarh on charges of smuggling and conversion, Vishwa Hindu Parishad general secretary Surendra Jain on Wednesday urged the central government to bring a law to ban conversion. Speaking to ANI, Jain alleged that the church had been accused of human trafficking and illegal conversion should be stopped. Jain told ANI that this is not the first time these allegations have been made … allegations like human trafficking on the church have been reported for a long time. This is very unfortunate. They should not be supported. The illegal business they are running under the guise of service should be stopped … We appeal to the central government that this law (anti -conversion law) is applicable in some states, but its network is widespread and nationwide. Therefore, a nationwide law should be brought to ban conversion.

As soon as the arrest of the nuns and investigation started, the anti-Hindu atmosphere became active immediately. The anti-Hindu atmosphere became active and Rahul Gandhi also became active immediately … If there is something wrong here, the Congress should not protest, but if they continue to protest, it definitely means that something is wrong.
