The local court of Mumbai has again issued a bailable warrant against Malaika Arora. The case is related to Saif Ali Khan. In fact, 13 years ago, Saif and two of his friends were accused of attacking South African businessman and his father -in -law at 5 Star Hotel in Mumbai. Malaika was also present with Saif at that time, but she did not appear in court as a witness.
Bailable warrant issued against Malaika Arora
SS Jhanwar of Mumbai’s Asplayed Court is investigating the case. The court first issued a bailable warrant against Malaika Arora on 15 February. The warrant was re -released on Monday as she did not appear in court. The next hearing of the case will be held on 29 April.
Malaika’s name in the 2012 incident
The incident is on 22 February 2012. Saif Ali Khan was present with his wife Kareena Kapoor Khan, Karisma Kapoor, Malaika Arora, Amrita Arora and many other mail friends. All went to dinner at a five-star hotel in Mumbai.

Under which Saif Ali Khan and both his friends have been found accused under Indian Penal Section 325 (deliberately causing serious injuries) and section 34 (assault).
