Russia intensified the attacks and bombed hundreds of drones on Ukraine on Saturday night, killing at least two people. Russian attacks have reduced the possibility of ending this war more than three years old.
Regional Governor Ruslan Japaranyuk said on Saturday that the Russian Army attacked the Buqovina region of Charnitsi region of the southwest Ukraine with four drones and a missile, killing two people and injuring 14. He said that two people died after being buried in the rubble after the drone attacks.
Regional Governor Maxim Kojitsky said six people were injured in a drone attack in the western Laviv region of Ukraine. Mayor Ihor Terekhov said that eight drones and two missiles were attacked in Kharkiv in Northeast Ukraine, injuring three people.
Ukraine’s Air Force said Russia fired 597 drones and 26 cruise missiles in Ukraine till Saturday night. Of these, 319 drones and 25 cruise missiles were killed. At the same time, Russia’s Ministry of Defense said that it killed 33 Ukrainian drones on Saturday night.
