Asia Cup 2025: Big reveal about Team India’s jersey, who will be sponsor instead of Dream 11?

There are only a few days left for the Asia Cup 2025 to begin. But the biggest question before that is who will be the new sponsor on Team India’s jersey? Because recently Fantasy Sports Company Dream 11 has ended its agreement with BCCI. Let us know that after the implementation of new online gaming promotion and regulation bill 2025 in the country, real money gaming platforms were banned. Due to which Dream 11 had to retreat.
Dream 11 signed a agreement of Rs 358 crore with BCCI from 2023 to 2026. While the sponsorship of IPL and Team India is merged, Dream 11 and My11CIRCLE have contributed about 1000 crores. But now the BCCI has ended its agreement with it due to online gaming bill. The BCCI is now looking for a replacement of Dream 11.
According to India Today, an emergency meeting of the Apex Council of BCCI was held on August 28. Which was chaired by Executive Chairman Rajiv Shukla. Potential new sponsors were discussed in the meeting. But it was not decided that there is not enough time before the tournament starts, the deal is finalized with anyone.
At the same time, Japanese automobile company Toyota and a Fintech Start-up have shown interest in the Indian team’s jersey sponsorship but the official process has not started yet. The BCCI is also looking at the matter from a big perspective. Instead of making a short deal in a hurry for the Asia Cup, the board wants a long -term deal which remains with Team India till the 2027 ODI World Cup.
At the moment, it is being said that during the Asia Cup, Team India will enter the jersey without any sponsor logo. Only the name of the country can be seen written on Team India’s jersey.
