Actor Aparshakti Khurana announced his first Tamil film on Thursday.Encouraged by the film ‘Route – Running Out of Time’, excited about stepping into the industry in the south, wrote on Instagram, “I am very thrilled to announce my first Tamil film! A science -fiction thriller called very passionate ‘root’.”

Khurana will be seen opposite actor Gautam Karthik in Tamil film, known for acting in Stree Film and Jubilee Series. Route-rolling out of time is currently being shot in Chennai. This film is being directed by Suryapratap S.

The film is being produced by ‘Verus Productions’. Khurana said in a statement, “I am thrilled to make my debut in Tamil cinema through” Route – Running Out of Time “.
