Vivek Agnihotri said that during an interview in the digital commentary YouTube channel, Anurag Kashyap was writing the script of this film while we were doing the film ‘Gol’. The film was based on football. Initially, there was talk of taking Saif Ali Khan and Priyanka Chopra in the film. Everything was almost final, but Saif’s personal life had some problems. He went on a different path. This was followed by John Abraham and Bipasha Basu in the film.
