Another executive order of Trump to target legal firms was rejected by the judge

A federal judge in the US quashed another executive order of President Donald Trump, who targeted legal firms. District Judge Loren Alikhan on Friday ruled that the order against Summer Godfrefm is unconstitutional and should be permanently banned.

Trump is trying to punish the legal firms to not prefer work and appoint attorney, which they consider to be their enemies. This decision of the District Judge is the newest in connection with stopping these efforts of Trump.

In recent weeks, other judges had banned similar orders of Trump administration against Jenner Block, Perkins Koi and Wilmarhail firms. Through these orders, it was decided to impose several restrictions on lawyers.

Judge Ali Khan wrote, “This order was one of the efforts to target the firms, whose attitude did not agree with President Trump. Every court, considering a petition to challenge any such order, has found serious constitutional violations and permanently prohibited the implementation of the order completely.”

He said, “Today, this court has also come to the same conclusion that the order targeting a conscience violates the US Constitution and should be prevented permanently.
