Anil Parab | “There is proof that Kirit Somaiya is lying…” Anil Parab lashed out at BJP leader on his arrival from MHADA office

Mumbai: Shiv Sena leader Anil Parab said that MHADA has given me a written proof that I have nothing to do with the office and the place where the action took place. He said that Kirit Somaiya has been lying for the last several years. I have also filed a defamation case against him. Now MHADA has given proof that he is lying. It is noteworthy that, after the allegations of BJP leader Kirit Somaiya, Shiv Sena (Uddhav Thackeray faction) leader Anil Parab held discussion with the officials of MHADA office for three hours. After this meeting, he interacted with the media. He also said that legal action should be taken against the officer who sent the notice without investigation.

Parab said that MHADA has given me a written proof that I have nothing to do with the office and the place where the action took place. He said that Kirit Somaiya has been lying for the last several years. I have also filed a defamation case against him. Now MHADA has given proof that he is lying, but Kirit Somaiya is deliberately making such false allegations to defame me.

While talking to the media, he said that the Maharashtra Housing and Area Development Authority (MHADA) has also clarified that the structure was not mine. We are already in court against Kirit Somaiya for defaming me. Parab said that the (illegal) construction was done by the housing society and I was using (office) as an MLA. The Society found the demolition (illegal construction) on its own that it could not be regularised.

He said, “The construction which is done outside the original plan is called unauthorized construction. So I have asked MHADA for a copy of the original construction map. However, it is not with MHADA per se. Hence, the question arises as to how this unauthorized construction took place.”

He said that after this question was raised, MHADA investigated it. MHADA has also said to give this copy within eight days. Anil Parab has warned that if MHADA does not provide a copy of the original map within eight days, I will file a complaint against them and go to court. Anil Parab has demanded that action should also be taken against the officer who sent me the notice. ,

Anil Parab said that he will ask Kirit Somaiya to answer all these things. Along with this, Anil Parab raised the question that, does BJP support Somaiya’s conspiracy to break the houses of the poor? Anil Parab has demanded that the BJP clarify its position on this.
