Amritsar: BSF opens fire at Pak drone, recovers two packets of suspected heroin | Punjab

Amritsar, March 6: Border Security Force (BSF) observed a suspected flying object (drone) entering from Pakistan into Indian territory in the area near village Sado Gazi in Amritsar, authorities informed on Monday.

According to the drill, troops tried to intercept the drone by firing. The entire area was cordoned off, and the police and other agencies involved were notified.

Furthermore, on Monday, during a thorough search of the area, BSF troops discovered two packets wrapped in yellow tape, suspected to be heroin. The seized consignment weighs approximately 2 kg.
