Union Home Minister Amit Shah on Friday targeted the opposition for criticizing the manner of the government to deal with Operation Sindoor and accused the Congress party and the Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) chief Lalu Prasad Yadav’s faction of opposing the anti -terrorism campaign. Addressing a public meeting in Sitamarhi, Bihar, the Union Minister insisted that no one has the right to play with the security of the country.

Shah said that the Congress party and Lalu, Lalu and the company are opposing Operation Sindoor in Parliament. I want to ask if we should not respond to terrorists? Shouldn’t we do operation vermilion? Lalu & Company does not know that this is Narendra Modi’s government, NDA government. No one has the right to play with the security of the country. Targeting RJD and Tejashwi Yadav, Union Minister Shah asked what he had done for the development of Mithilanchal region of the state.
He said that I want to ask Tejashwi Yadav that his father and mother remained in power for a long time. In addition to hooliganism, gang running, kidnapping, ransom, what have you done for the development of Mithilanchal? The Home Minister congratulated the people of the state for the redevelopment of Janaki Mata Temple at Punaura Dham. Shah said that I congratulate the devotees of Lord Rama and Janaki Mata because the foundation stone of the redevelopment of Janaki Mata Temple at Punaura Dham has been laid.

Earlier today, Shah laid the foundation stone for redevelopment of Janaki Mata Temple at Punaura Dham in Sitamarhi. Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar and Deputy Chief Minister Samrat Chaudhary were also present on the occasion. Punaura Dham, also known as Maa Janaki Janmabhoomi Temple, is widely considered the birthplace of Rama’s wife Goddess Sita. After the construction of Ram temple in Ayodhya, Uttar Pradesh, many people associated with the Janaki temple brought gifts for Lord Ram during the Pran Pratishtha ceremony held on January 22, 2024.
