On Wednesday, an army sergeant shot five soldiers and had to shut down the hideouts for some time at Fort Stewart in Georgia state, one of the largest military bases in the US. The officers provided this information.
An American official, keeping the identity secret, told the ‘Associated Press’ that the Kisandigadh attacker is in the army itself. The army said it was investigating the firing case. Even now many questions have not been answered, including the condition of the soldiers, the severity of their injuries, the name of the attacker and the potential motives.
Military hideouts said in a Facebook post that the injured were admitted to the Vinn Army Community Hospital after taking primary treatment. Spokesperson Bryna Gordon said that some injured have also been taken to Memorial Health University Medical Center in Savannah. The hospital is the top level trauma center of coastal Georgia.
Gordon said that he does not know how many people are being taken to the hospital or what is their condition. Officials said the police were sent to the military complex at around 11 am on Wednesday at around 11 am. The attacker was arrested at around 11:35 am.
