India is no longer flying only fighter jets. India will now make the heart of fighter jet itself and it is not a small thick heart but is the F414 turbo fan engine of General Electric (GE). This is the engine that gives wings to fighter jets from countries like America, Australia, Sweden. Now the same engine will be built in India. It will be constructed on Indian land with Indian hands in the factory of Hindustan Aeronautics Limited (HAL). There was a time when America did not even let anyone touch its military technology. But today HAL chairman DK Sunil is saying that 80 percent of the compromise of technology transfer between India and GE will be completed. That is, India will not only get an engine but India will get the technology from which the engine is made. This is not just the deal of defense sector but the seal of the trust of America.

Why is this so F414
The F-414 engine is an advanced version of GE 404, developed in the 1970s. Especially this engine has been used by American jet aircraft for more than 30 years. This is the same engine that is used in jets like F18 Super Hornet in America. Its strength is 22 thousand pound trusts.
How to believe America
The plan to build GE’s F-414 engine in India was made during Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s visit to America of 2023. However, the conversation was delayed to share technology. So this project took some time. This will help to counter India’s enemies like China-Pakistan. There is going to be an agreement between India and the US regarding the engine. GE’s F-414 engine will give strength to aircraft like Tejas MK2 and AMCA. Tejas will also be equipped with AESA radar, which will make it extremely powerful.

America agreed to give military technology for the first time
The deal between HAL and GE is the first time the F-414 engines will be developed in India. The F-414 engine is currently in use in the US, Sweden, Australia, Brazil, Kuwait, South Korea and Indonesia. It is worth noting that the F-414 engine is 35 percent more powerful than the F404. HAL chairman DK Sunil has said that the engine Tejas Light Combat Aircraft will strengthen the first prototype of Mark 2 as well as the Advance Medium Combat Aircraft (AMCA). AMCA is especially equipped with a fifth generation fighter jet of India, equipped with a better electronic war system and high payload capacity.
