Flour – 2 bowls
Potato – 1/2 kg
Green chili – 5-6
Green coriander – 1/2 cup
Red chili powder – 1 tsp
Coriander seeds crushed – 1 tsp
Cumin – 1/2 tsp
Garam masala – 1/2 tsp
oil – as needed
salt – as per taste

Potato Paratha Recipe
To make delicious potato paratha for breakfast, first boil the potatoes with the help of a cooker. After this peel off the potatoes and mash them well in a vessel. Now chop green chillies, coriander leaves finely. After this add green chilies and green coriander to the mashed potatoes and mix. After this add red chili powder, crushed coriander seeds, cumin powder, garam masala and salt as per taste and mix everything well.

Now put flour in the mixing bowl and add a pinch of salt to it. Then add water little by little and knead the dough and keep it covered for 10 minutes. After the fixed time, take the dough and make balls in equal proportion. Now take a ball and roll it like a roti. After rolling a little, put the prepared potato stuffing in the center and close it and roll the potato paratha again.

Now heat a nonstick pan/tawa on medium heat. After the griddle is hot, pour some oil on it and spread it all around. Put rolled potato paratha on it and roast it.
