The entire incident took place in the colony inside the Central Air Command Campus in Bamrauli area with high security. The campus has the residence of the Chief Engineer in the North Zone. Currently, the surrounding area is sealed.
Later in the afternoon, a panel of two doctors did the postmortem of the Chief Engineer. The bullet was found on the left side of his chest, which was just below the heart. The head has also suffered a deep injury in the back. The family has left Buxar (Bihar) with the body of SN Mishra. There will be his funeral in the ancestral village Gochara.
