The Jammu and Kashmir Police on Wednesday attached more than a canal of a Pakistani terrorist in Ramban district. An official gave this information. The official said that as part of efforts to deal with terrorism, the real estate located in Tathar village of Banihal tehsil of Mohammad Salim has been attached under Section 83 of the Criminal Procedure (CRPC).
Mohammad Salim, a resident of Pillow Tathar village, was wanted in a case registered under various sections of the Terrorist and Disruptive Activities (Prevention) Act, besides Ranbir Penal Code at Banihal police station in 1992. He escaped after committing a crime for the purpose of avoiding legal action.
