Bollywood actor Abhishek Bachchan on Wednesday requested the Delhi High Court to protect his publicity and personality rights and to prevent websites and various forums from using his picture, similar materials, personality and fake videos, which contain pornographic materials. Justice Tejas Karia asked Bachchan’s lawyer to answer the questions raised by the court and adjourned the hearing of the case for two and a half in the afternoon. Advocate Praveen Anand, who is representing Bachchan, said that the defendant is making videos made from the actor’s artificial merit (AI) and also making fake pictures and pornographic material signed by him. Advocates Amit Naik, Madhu Gadodia and Dhruv Anand also appeared on behalf of Bachchan.

According to news agency PTI, Abhishek Bachchan on Wednesday demanded the security of his publicity and personality rights from the Delhi High Court. The actor has urged the court to prevent websites and platforms from using their photographs, fake videos and cheating pornographic materials.
Justice Tejas Karia asked Abhishek Bachchan’s counsel to answer the questions raised by the court and said that the hearing of the case would be held at 2:30 pm. Advocate Praveen Anand, who is representing Abhishek Bachchan, said that the defendant is making videos produced by the actor’s artificial intelligence (AI) and fake pictures and pornographic materials signed by him are also being made. Abhishek Bachchan was also represented by advocates Amit Naik, Madhu Gadodia and Dhruv Anand.

Let us tell you that a day earlier, on Tuesday, Aishwarya Rai filed a petition in the Delhi High Court to protect personality rights. Justice Tejas Karia verbally indicated that he could pass an interim order warning the defendants. Aishwarya’s petition stated that the defendants, including many unknown aspects, are misusing her name, image, equality, personality and voice without her consent, which they are using for business benefits.
The petition claimed that the face of defendant Aishwarya is using artificial intelligence and deep -phch technology to add pornographic videos and photographs, causing damage to her reputation.
