Chandigarh : Aam Aadmi Party spokesperson Malvinder Singh Kang has targeted the BJP government at the Centre. Addressing a press conference in Chandigarh, Kang said that the central government led by the Bharatiya Janata Party has misused the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) and the central investigation agency Enforcement Directorate (ED).
Terming the Modi government as a dictatorial government and making serious accusations, Kang said that the central government by misusing the CBI and ED has not only tried to defame the Aam Aadmi Party but has laid 100 hurdles in the way of the party which started as an honest party. It happened in the country.
Kang said that despite all this, CBI and ED have admitted that Arvind Kejriwal’s Aam Aadmi Party is the most honest, responsible and working day and night party in the country. He said that the Modi government was trying to defame Arvind Kejriwal by implicating him in a fake liquor scam through CBI and ED for the last one year.
Kang said that a year ago, the names of two persons named Rajesh Joshi and Manish Malhotra, who were said to have given a bribe of Rs 100 crore to the Aam Aadmi Party in the liquor scam, were proved false in the court. Kang said five innocent people were tortured and false witnesses were produced in the case.
Kang said that CBI and RD admitted in a Delhi court regarding this case in the last few days that during the Goa elections, the Rs 100 crore charges against Aam Adma Party were only Rs 18-19 lakh. Kang said that once again Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s conspiracy against Aam Aadmi Party supremo Arvind Kejriwal has failed. Kang said that if Arvind Kejriwal raised his voice against corruption, against nepotism and against dictatorship, it was done by Arvind Kejriwal. So some political parties started to get scared.
