Punjab News In Punjab’s Bathinda, the dispute between Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) MLA Amit Ratan Kotfatta and District Deputy Commissioner (DC) Shaukat Ahmed has reached the police. MLA SSP (SSP) A written complaint has been filed against the DC and demanded to register a case. The MLA alleged that DC Shaukat Ahmed insulted him in a program. However DC is also openly in the fray and has even said that it doesn’t matter to them.
Controversy over Kisan Mela
Bathinda rural self MLA (MLA) Amit Ratan Kotfatta has said in his complaint to the SSP that a case has been registered against the DC. The MLA said that the district level program and Kisan Mela were organized by the Agriculture Department, in which MLA Amit Ratan was ignored and insulted. It also includes the district officers of the Agriculture Department.
Allegation- DC insulted SC community
MLA Kotfatta said – the insult of the scheduled caste people by the district administration, this DC Bathinda (Bathinda) It happened because of Shaukat Ahmed’s instigation. He said – I am working for the betterment of the area. But since few days the people of Dalit class were being discriminated against. He has told about this in his complaint. The District Administrative Officer is discriminating against the SC community, due to which their dignity has been hurt.
I don’t care about the allegations of MLA-DC
Deputy Commissioner Bathinda Shaukat Ahmed said – I have no difference with the allegations of the MLA, because a case has been registered against him under serious sections. He said that the government has instructed that no leader or MLA will be invited to the programme.
