Ingredients to make Mango Panna
Raw mangoes (Kairi) – 4
Cumin powder (roasted) – 2 tsp
Jaggery/sugar – 6 tbsp (as per taste)
Mint leaves – 1 tbsp
Black salt – 3 tsp
Black pepper powder – 1 pinch
Ice cubes – 4-5
salt – as per taste

How to make Mango Panna
It is very easy to make mango panna. To make Panna, first take Kairi ie raw mangoes and wash them thoroughly with water and clean them. Now put all the raw mangoes in a pressure cooker and add water according to the need, cover the cooker and put it on the gas and wait for 4 whistles. After the whistles, turn off the gas and leave the cooker to cool down. When the pressure of the cooker is released, open the lid and take out the curry and keep it in a utensil.

After the raw mangoes cool down, peel them off and put the raw mango pulp in a deep bottom vessel. Mash the kernels too well and separate the kernels by taking out the pulp accumulated in it. Now add 1/4 cup of water to the mango pulp and mash it well with the help of a churner. After this add roasted cumin powder, black pepper powder, jaggery or sugar, black salt and salt as per taste and mix well.
