Kolkata Police has arrested a person for raping a nine -year -old girl several times in Muchipara area of the city. An official gave this information on Friday. The official said that the 22 -year -old accused sexually assaulted his neighbor minor girl.
The police, while taking action on the complaint of the victim’s mother, arrested the accused and registered a case under various sections of the Code of Justice of India (BNS) and sexual offenses.
“A case has been registered on the basis of mother’s complaint, alleging that the accused person sexually assaulted her minor daughter by luring chocolate,” the official said.
The officer said that the woman has alleged in the complaint that crime was committed several times at her house on June 4 and before that. ” He said that it is also alleged that the accused had threatened the victim to suffer serious consequences when he spoke to anyone about this.
