In the Bargari blasphemy case, the Supreme Court heard a petition filed by Dera lovers. In this petition, referring to the murder of two Dera lovers by the Dera lovers, it was demanded that the investigation of the matter should be conducted outside Punjab.
Accepting this demand, the Supreme Court has issued orders today that the investigation of the Bargari blasphemy case will be outside Punjab. The bench of Justice Anuradha Bose and Justice Sudhanshu Dhulia of the Supreme Court has given this order on the petition of Bargari case accused Shakti Singh and others.
It may be mentioned that the SIT was investigating the incident that took place in 2015.
Let us tell you that Behbal shooting incident, Kotakpura shooting incident and Bargari blasphemy case are being investigated by different SITs. Let it be known that the SIT of the Punjab Police, which is investigating the case of Kotakpura firing on the protesting Sikh protesters after the incidents of desecration of Sri Guru Granth Sahib in Punjab in 2015, has filed a charge sheet in the Faridkot court. The SIT team led by SIT chief ADGP LK Yadav and SSP Bathinda Gulneet Singh Khurana has filed the charge sheet in the Faridkot court.
