Dalit-focus on EBC
Before the Bihar elections, this program of Rahul Gandhi is being seen as an attempt to help Dalit and EBC vote banks. Through this dialogue, Rahul Gandhi wants to tell how bad the condition of students in SC ST Hostel.
Why did Congress choose Darbhanga for the program
Darbhanga has been chosen for this program because BJP has a hold in Mithila region. The program is being started from Darbhanga, Mithila to counter it. In the past, the area of Mithilanchal, Seemanchal and Kosi is holding a strong hold of the Congress. The Congress has chosen this area to find its support base.

Rahul Gandhi will meet the students of this hostel and learn about their problems and discuss them.
Party workers will not participate in the program
Former state president of Congress Madan Mohan Jha said- ‘When Rahul Gandhi communicates with the students, no party worker will be with him. I will be with Bihar Pradesh President Rajesh Kumar with Rahul Gandhi. They just want to communicate with the students, so there will be no crowd of leaders. Around 2000 students will be present with them. ,
‘Rahul wants to communicate directly with the students and know the problems of Dalits, OBCs and minority students. So they chose Darbhanga.
Students said- We will ask questions about employment, education
Student Shyam Sundar Mukhiya told- ‘Unemployment is increasing even after higher education. There are talks of inclusive education, but nothing is visible on the ground. Students in rural areas have problems in English. We expect Rahul Gandhi to solve our problems.
