Farmer leader Surinder Dhandiya, Bharatiya Kisan Union Ekta Principal Gurmeet Singh of Ekta Ugraha and District President of Kirati Kisan Union Sukhchain Singh informed that a peace march will be taken out in Fazilka on March 14 by farmers of about 12 jathabandis under the United Kisan Morcha.

An atmosphere of fear among the people of the border areas

He said that in view of the tension arising between India and Pakistan these days, there is an atmosphere of fear among the people about the problems like vacating the village of the border area due to the continuous blackouts and blasts. So they do not want war, they want peace peace.

He said that after the tension arising between Indo-Pak, the people of the border area have suffered a lot due to war situations. He demanded that there should be a high-level inquiry into the terrorism attack in Pahalgam, so that the truth can be revealed to the people. However, he alleged that the truth of the attack in Pulwama has not been revealed till date.
