The renowned actress of the TV industry, Shiney Doshi, has spoken on all aspects of marriage and personal life from early conflicts of her career in a recent interview. He told how he established himself in this industry without any film background and faced which challenges.

‘Travel was not easy, but never gave up’ In a recent interview with Siddharth Kannan, Shiney Doshi said that it was not easy for him to step into the acting world. Shiney told that she never thought that she would become an actress. Shiney said, “Mother always wanted me to be an actress. I wanted me to be a doctor.
He further said, “I started with small roles. People started recognizing me with shows like ‘Saraswati Chandra’ and ‘Jamai Raja’. In every project I tried to do justice to my role and got the love of the audience as well. This is my real success.”
Along with career, Shiney also spoke openly on her personal life. He said, “I am married today. My husband loves me very much. They make me feel very secure.”

Father used to do domestic violence with mother Shiney told that her childhood was not very beautiful. He told that his father would do domestic violence with his mother. He said, ‘My father used to raise his hand on my mother. My mother has kicked and punched and I used to see all this with my own eyes. It was very scared at that time. So I used to lock myself in my room. I was a child, but used to watch everything. Papa left us. I had to raise my school and college fees myself. There was no one to handle us. At that time, I had to take up the responsibility of family like a son.
Family said- ‘This is not an actress but a prostitute’ Shiney told that when he started modeling and acting, he had to listen to taunts from his own family. He told that my own family members called me prostitute. He said that its mother is acting it, she does modeling, it will be a prostitute. But I never responded. My success became my answer. When Saraswati came on Chandra TV, everyone’s mouths were shut down.
Shiney also revealed that her father called her a prostitute when she was 16 years old. He said, ‘My print shooting used to run in Ahmedabad for a long time – sometimes at 2 or 3 o’clock in the night. Mother used to be with me in every shoot, then I was only 16 years old and when we came home, it was not that she would ask, ‘You are right? Are you safe? ‘ He used to speak bad words – like, ‘Are you taking the daughter by 3 o’clock in the night?’ Are you going to do business?

Identification from ‘Saraswati Chandra’ Shiney came to Mumbai in 2012. He had only Rs 15,000 in the bank account. In modeling, he started with small ads in Ahmedabad. Worked for a day shoot at ₹ 3000. Then Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s show ‘Saraswati Chandra’ got and he got recognition from this show.
