Kashmir Singh Galwaddi arrested from NIA.
The National Investigation Agency (NIA) took major action against the Khalistani terrorist network and on Sunday arrested the infamous terrorist Ludhiana resident Kashmir Singh Galwaddi from Motihari in Bihar. Six criminals absconding from Punjab’s Nabha jail in Galwaddi 2016

The arrested terrorist Galwaddi is a close aide of Harvinder Singh alias Rinda, international terrorist from Babbar Khalsa. According to the NIA, he was not only involved in conspiracies, but was also providing shelter, logistic support and funding to the terrorist network.
The NIA special court declared him a fugitive and a reward of Rs 10 lakh was declared on his arrest.
A reward of 10 lakhs was declared in the name of Kashmir Singh Galwaddi.
Important arrest in 2022 Khalistani conspiracy case
The NIA took over the case in August 2022. In which the role of terrorist organizations like Babbar Khalsa, Khalistan Liberation Force and International Sikh Youth Federation was revealed. The investigation revealed that these organizations also have an alliance with organized crime gangs and they were bringing terrorist weapons and explosives from Pakistan.
Charge sheet filed against 9 including Rinda and Landa
The investigation revealed that a deep network was prepared between these terrorist organizations and organized crime gangs of the country, which were carrying out terrorist activities by bringing terrorist goods like weapons, ammunition, explosives and IEDs to India from across the border.
In July 2023, the NIA filed a charge sheet against 9 accused including Rinda and Lakhbir Singh alias Landa in this case. This was followed by two more supplementary charge sheets against 6 other accused. In August 2024, the NIA brought Landa’s brother Tarsem Singh to India to India and also filed a third additional charge sheet in December.
