Director General of Military Operations (DGMO), Air Operations (DGAO) and Naval Operations (DGNO).
25 hours after the ceasefire between India and Pakistan, DGMO Lieutenant General Rajiv Ghai, DGAO Vice Admiral AN Pramod and DGNO Air Marshal Awadhesh Kumar Bharti held a press conference. Told that under Operation Sindoor, on May 7, 100 terrorists were killed at 9 locations across the border. It also had 3 major terrorists involved in Kandahar Hijack and Pulwama attacks. After this, 35 to 40 Pakistani officers were killed in the collision and firing on LOC. 5 Indian soldiers have also been martyred.

General Dwivedi gave full authority to retaliate to the commanders of the Western border in the event of violations. News agency ANI quoted sources as saying that India has said that after ceasefire, Pakistan will now talk to DGMO. No other country will be involved in this.

3. PAK said- will be honest on ceasefire; PM Shahbaz again praised Trump Pakistan has promised that it will consider the decision to stop the fight with honesty. At the same time, PM Shahbaz Sharif once again praised Donald Trump. He wrote on X that Pakistan has received a great partner as President Trump. At the same time, take a spokesman of the Pakistani Army. General Ahmed Sharif Chaudhary claimed that the Indian Army first attacked Pakistan.
4. Start of BrahMos unit in Lucknow; Defense Minister said- Army’s threat was heard till Rawalpindi
Defense Minister Rajnath Singh inaugurated the BrahMos missile unit in Lucknow. He said-
BrahMos, India and Russia have a confluence of the highest defense technology. We not only took action on military bases adjacent to the border, but the threat of India’s armies was heard till Rawalpindi, where the headquarters of the Pakistani army are present.
Missile unit became in 3 and a half years, ₹ 300 crore cost
- BrahMos Aerospace Integration and Testing Facility Unit is 30 km from Lucknow in Bhatgaon. This unit, built at a cost of ₹ 300 crore, will provide employment to 3000 people.
- On 26 December 2021, the Defense Minister and CM Yogi laid the foundation stone of the BrahMos Aerospace Plant. In just 3 and a half years, this unit was ready.
- The BrahMos Aerospace is a joint venture of the Defense Research and Development Organization of the Government of India (DRDO) and the Russian government company NPO Machrostroenea (NPOM). India holds 50.5% and Russia’s 49.5% stake in it.
5. IPL may start again from May 16, the league had to be stopped due to tension from Pakistan The IPL can resume from 16 May. The remaining matches of the current season can be played at 4 venue. The final match may be held on 30 May. The new schedule will be released soon. The IPL had to be suspended on 9 May amid tension with Pakistan.

- How many matches are left? 74 matches were to be played under IPL 2025. By 8 May, there were 58 matches. That is, there are 16 matches left now. Of these, 12 matches are of league stage and 4 matches are of play -off stage.
