Only one caretaker was present. There was a complete lack of health facilities. 800 vacant bullets have also been recovered from the center, which are being investigated. Psychiatrist Dr. Arun Bansal said that action was taken on the information of DC Bathinda. According to DSP City One Harbans Singh Dhaliwal, legal action is being taken against the operator of the center.
