According to DSP Manali KD Sharma, a challan of Rs 1500 has been deducted under Section 177 and 179 of the Motor Vehicle Act of Delhi Number DL-3CCU-3909. As soon as the information of the jam was received, the police stationed on the South Portal took the hoodlings into custody.
