Rajiv Kumar, who hails from Bihar, works as a security guard on Terminal 3 of Delhi Airport. After night duty, when he got down from the cab and going towards the house near Mahipalpur Chowk, a Thar car came from behind playing a sharp horn. Rajiv asked him to shut down the horn.
Vijay, a resident of Rangpuri, who was driving the car, first asked Rajiv with his duty sticks and when he refused to give, he threatened him that he would crush him. Vijay hit him as soon as Rajiv crossed the road and then reverse the car and crushed him again.
