Settlement of Nishan Singh’s petition
The court, while disposing of the application filed by the accused Nishan Singh, has said that the investigating officer should provide 2 copies of pen drives, hard-disc CDs or DVD listed in the list of 2 main invoices documents to the accused. Its supplementary orders were given on 2 April 2023 and 17 January 2023. Answers for Jagdeep Singh’s application for jail transfer and order have been ordered.
