An intoxicated passenger molested the air hostess in the Indigo flight going from Delhi to Shirdi. When the flight landed at Shirdi Airport, the passenger was arrested.
According to the police, the accused passenger touched the air hostess near the toilet of the flight. The Air Hostess immediately informed the crew manager. Security officials were reported to have a case as soon as the flight landed at the airport.
The police have registered a case of molestation against the accused. Medical examination has revealed that the accused had drunk alcohol. He is currently questioned.
Indigo said,
A passenger misbehaved with the crew in Delhi-Shirdi Flight 6E 6404. Taking action under the rules, he was assigned to the security agencies after landing.
Air hostess is also tampered with at Varanasi Airport
On 30 August 2024, the Varanasi Airport was accused of tampering with the air hostess on the flight passenger. The passenger did this while climbing on the aircraft. The crew member informed the officers about this.
When the officers who arrived with the Quick Response team tried to bring the passenger down from the plane, he created a ruckus. The accused was a resident of Telangana. After questioning the passenger, the police also informed his family about the case.

7 September: A case of tampering with a woman flight attendant was reported in the Muscat-Dhaka Vistara flight leading from Mumbai. Before landing at Mumbai Airport, the accused forcibly embraced the air hostess first and then tried to kiss. On the complaint of the woman, the police arrested the accused.
August 18: A passenger (51) in Maldives tampered with the air hostess on the Male-Bangalore flight. The accused wrongly touched the air hostess and said- I have been looking for a girl like you for the last 51 years. How much you charge for service. The accused passenger was arrested by the police at Keme Gowda International Airport in Bangalore.
August 16: In a SpiceJet flight from Delhi to Mumbai, a male passenger hidden and made videos of flight attendants and other women and took objectionable photos. Delhi Women’s Commission (DCW) Chairman Swati Maliwal issued a notice to Police and Director General of Civil Aviation (DGCA).
26 July: A 24-year-old female doctor at Delhi-Mumbai flight accused a professor of tampering. The doctor said in the complaint- the professor was sitting on the next seat. He touched me the wrong place before the flight lands at Mumbai Airport.
